Description

In this Constitution PowerPoint and notes resource, you receive 3 PowerPoint presentations (totaling 85 pages) and 10 pages of guided notes and graphic organizers to teach the U.S. Constitution, Checks and Balances, the Articles of Confederation, and the creation of the United States government. This resource is conveniently broken into three sections, each of which focuses on a different aspect of the Constitution!

Section 1 engages students on the Articles of Confederation and its failures, Shays Rebellion, the Northwest Ordinance and the Land Ordinance, the Constitutional Convention, the New Jersey and Virginia Plan, the Great Compromise, the 3/5 Compromise, and Federalists and Anti-Federalists.
