Description

Is your district starting to use Keys to Literacy? Here's access to an easy, KTL resource focused on vocabulary and comprehension of the novel, Tuck Everlasting. Present this activity via your interactive TV, smart board, or print it for students to place in their interactive notebooks!

In the left-hand column you will find a list of personality traits whilst across the top are characters from the novel. Use this character analysis chart to generate conversations and review what is known about each character. This activity is best used after reading through Chapter 4 of Tuck Everlasting.

While there are several "right" answers, there are truly no "wrong" answers for this activity. This activity should be used in a way that encourages students to select their own answers (characters) and justify their stance on why they chose that particular personality trait for that character. The best part about KTL is the RICH conversation surrounding each activity!
