Description
Discover trigonometric functions through objects around our lives. Students will take pictures of objects where they can model using the basic trigonometric functions and their transformations.
The document is editable. The idea is to assign students in groups and work on a photo project together. They are supposed to observe trigonometric functions in real life, take pictures, and create a function that models the real object. Teachers should encourage students to incorporate transformation of functions in their models. They can also put their graphs on smartboard, powerpoint, or desmos.
