Trauma Focused CBT Narrative Packet Therapy Resource (TF-CBT)

This is a trauma focused CBT narrative packet that focuses on implementing five of the seven steps for the completion of the narrative. The steps that are addressed include psycho-education, relaxation, affect modulation, cognitive coping and processing, and the four step narrative process. This is a great tool to use in therapy sessions and requires little if any prep work, just print and complete in session with your client.

This is a great way to keep your sessions and treatment organized and goal oriented. There are clear directions at the top of each page for each section. This narrative can be easily modified in therapy to make each session individualized and it incorporates the use of TF-CBT techniques as well as art to help kids tell their story.

The narrative can also be separated from the rest of the worksheets so that therapists and clients can make a book by laminating the pages and adding some sort of binding.
