TikTok/StoryJumper Project - Life of a Student at School

Can't pull your students away from TikTok and their phones? Let them use them for learning! My students LOVED this project, and it was so enjoyable to see them actually work together and have fun doing it. For your students who are more outgoing, they can make a TikTok video (or TikTok style video) to take their audience through the life of a student in school. For your students who are a little more shy (I would have fallen into this category!) they can go to www.storyjumper.com and create a free account to make a story book that takes their readers through a day in the life of a student. This project can be a great summative assessment at the end of an earlier Spanish 1 or 2 unit, as it gets them practicing and using AR verbs, time expressions, school vocabulary, the verb gustar, and Spanish adjectives.

This project also includes a checklist for students to make sure they're including each step and requirement of the project, as well as a rubric for you to easily grade the projects.
