Think Sheet for Behavior Reflection
- PDF
Description
A think sheet is a visual way to debrief with a child following a behavioral episode. This sheet allows a child to reflect on their behavior and how it made others feel.
Fill out the think sheet following a behavioral episode. Wait until the child is calm enough to process the situation, however be careful not to let too much time pass. Think sheets are most effective when they are filled out in the same day the episode occurred.
There are 3 levels of sheets included in this file:
Level 1 – Circle the picture: Use this sheet with younger children or non-readers.
Level 2 – Circle the word: use this sheet with beginning readers and those children who can not yet write full sentences.
Level 3 – Write sentences: Use this sheet with students who are able to write sentences independently.
