Description

Much like her masterpiece "The Yellow Wall-Paper, " Charlotte Perkins Gilman was ahead of her time. Modern readers will feel and her narrator's frustration as her husband's "resting cure" drives her mad. This text is becoming a staple of AP Literature and Composition and International Baccalaureate classes for its skillful writing and skewering of the patriarchy.
