The Snowy Day, by Ezra Jack Keats, is one of my favorite winter read alouds. This literature unit for The Snowy Day includes seven literacy lessons and activities.

The unit includes detailed lesson plans, printable activity sheets, templates, answer keys, and examples. All lessons and activities support Common Core Standards (*standards noted in lesson plans). A great literature-based unit for winter!
