The Simple Machines Test and Study Guide

This three page test and answer key, with attached three page study guide, on simple machines was designed for middle school students with learning disabilities. It could, however, be used with regular education students in grades four through six. The 20 questions are a comprehensive mix of short answer, matching, and multiple choice questions with only two options. There is plenty of white space and room to write, along with colorful clipart. Here is a sample question with choices. The three parts of a lever system are what? a. input force, output force, fulcrum or b. fulcrum, push, pull The study guide contains the same exact questions as the test only in a different order and would be a good idea to use with students who have more significant learning differences.
