The Pet Shop - Reading Comprehension Passage

This reading comprehension passage is designed to help children understand the importance of adopting animals from shelters rather than buying them from a pet shop.

There is a short reading passage followed by ten questions about the text. Students could answer these ten questions in full sentences in their books or during a guided reading session/class discussion.
