Description

This 2020 book, written by Bahram Rahman, is a story of a mother and daughter's quest in war-torn Afghanistan. They travel to remote villages and refugee camps in their "library bus" to share books and education with girls who would otherwise have no access.

Included in this packet are 18 pages of worksheets, developed for grades 3 through 5, to assist in the comprehension, discussion, brainstorming, and writing surrounding the book and its themes.
