The Gingerbread Man Story

This version of the classic tale of "The Gingerbread Man" is meant for non-native speaking teachers of English working in a non-English speaking country where English is taught for 1-3 lessons a week. This lesson was taught in one 45-minute lesson with a group of Swiss fourth graders (9 year-olds) in their second year of learning English (with 2 or 3 lessons a week), so they are at an A1+ or beginner level of English. The teacher's language for this lesson is clearly marked in green italics and should help those not comfortable with English stick to English!
