This low-prep, time-saving digital activity resource is perfect for your 3rd-5th graders who are learning about the Four Seasons in a fun way! Quick and easy setup, plus clear student directions make these activities perfect for centers or substitute days, too! Students won’t even realize how much they are learning about the Four Seasons because they will want to decode the secret cipher as soon as possible!

**This resource uses Google Sheets for students to "make a copy" of this digital activity so that each student can figure out the secret cipher and secret code on their own. Directions on how to do the activity are included in the digital activity.

Instructions:


- Share the link to the digital activity with each student

- Students will make their own copy of the resource and can start working

- Direct students to read the provided passage about the Four Seasons

- They will then answer 10 questions based on the reading passage

- Each correct answer will reveal a part of the secret cipher

- Once all questions are answered correctly, students can decode the secret cipher to reveal the final code word

- An answer key is provided for easy grading
