The Five Forms of Prayer BUNDLE

Your students will master the Five Forms of Prayer (Blessing/Adoration, Petition, Intercession, Thanksgiving, Praise) with this bundle of resources!

Your students will discover the Five Forms of Prayer within the Holy Mass, Sacred Scripture, traditional Catholic prayers, and spontaneous prayers. They will learn about the seven petitions in the Our Father prayer. They will also become more experienced at writing and saying their own spontaneous, personal prayers.

This bundle includes a lesson to teach the Five Forms using a PowerPoint presentation. and guided notes. There are various activities with handouts, interactive notebook "flippables", task cards, and worksheets to help students practice identifying the Five Forms of Prayer and prepare them for assessments, such as the Assessment of Catholic Education (ACRE).
