There are two presentations included in this product: a vocabulary presentation - newly updated November 2021 - and a story power point to spark discussion about Thanksgiving, traditions and what students are thankful for.
The vocabulary Thanksgiving presentation is animated so the pictures will appear before the Spanish words, making it useful to review before a quiz or a test. Throughout this presentation, there are several interactive partner and group activities to encourage students to use their Spanish. Also included are over 25 sounds and songs! (We have left the original version in the product as well.)

Students really enjoyed learning how to communicate about Thanksgiving in Spanish. They were very interested in this vocabulary, and very engaged with the presentation as a result of the beautiful images and fun sounds! Thank you for providing meaningful discussion questions as well. Students were able to talk about their own personal life experiences while using the new vocabulary! It was a wonderful activity to do right before breaking for the Thanksgiving holiday.
