Thanksgiving ABC Turkey Bundle - Alphabet Games for Smartboard

Included here you will find 3 Alphabet Games to play on the Smartboard with your students. Priced separately they cost $6 but you can purchase as a bundle for $4. These activities can be used Whole Group, Small Group, for individual practice/review and for assessment purposes.

Students will:

*Match letters of the alphabet

*Practice one to one correspondence.

*Recognize patterns

*Sequence letters of the alphabet

*Predict which letters come next

*Say the name/sound of letters in the alphabet

*Use positional, directional & ordinal words

*Use higher order thinking skills

*Practice fine motor skills

*Practice technology skills

DIRECTIONS FOR EACH GAME:

"ORDERING UP TURKEY" GAME
1. Match letters from box to corresponding letters on the turkey feathers.

2. Progress through more difficult levels where some letters are removed and the student must predict what comes next in the sequence of letters.

3. When the alphabet is finished on each page, the student should sing the alphabet song while touching 
the letters.

"TURKEY PUZZLE" GAME (2 Piece Puzzles)
1. Students move up one uppercase turkey letter to a blank puzzle piece.

2. Next, students find the matching lowercase turkey letter and drag it up to complete the puzzle.

3. Do the same for the rest of the letters.

"TURKEY PUZZLE" GAME (4 Piece Puzzles)
1. Students looks at the 4 piece puzzles and arrange them in abc order and so that the turkey picture is complete.

****SPECIAL NOTE*** These activities require that you have a Smartboard to use. They have been created using Smart Notebook 11 Software. If you are still operating on Notebook 10, please upgrade to 11 - my upgrade was free and easy. It will allow for optimal performance.
