Description

This Power Point presentation was created to help introduce the Element of Art, Texture. It discusses what other Elements of Art are used to create texture while giving visual aids. It also discusses the difference between Implied texture and Actual texture which are also accompanied by visual examples of actual artwork.

The presentation ends with two Do Nows: The Texture Hand worksheet, which can be found on the internet, as well as my very own Texture worksheet, which is more geared towards High School students and is available for purchase in my store. The last slide offers a printmaking project as well that accompanies the lesson.
