    Description

    Students will improve their test taking skills through journal writing practice. They will learn to identify important points in non-fiction passages to answer short answer constructive response questi
    ons. Teachers may model the constructive response answers in large group class setting and demonstrate how they are graded using slides provided. The third resource addressed nonfiction reading comprehension and essay writing. Paired together they will cover a number of skills students need to be proficient at in order to pass state exams.
