Telling Time Powerpoint with Five-Minute Intervals

This Powerpoint features clocks at five minute intervals with the time and word form. There are two sections within this powerpoint. One section has times at the 15 minute interval and the other has times to the 5 minute interval. You can rearrange the slides as needed.

There are three slides for each clock: the clock, the clock and digital time, and the clock, digital time and word form. The Powerpoint is built so that it displays the clock first, the digital time second and the word form third. The background, title, clock, digital time, and words are images inserted into the powerpoint and are not editable; however you can rearrange the order of the clocks and digital times.

Since there are so many different clocks in this Powerpoint, it can be used as a teaching tool during your unit on time as well as a year-long resource to review time throughout the year.


I have my students use their whiteboards. While I display the clock on the screen, they write the digital time on their whiteboards. I can visually check their accuracy before revealing the digital time.
