What educators are saying

This is a great resource for kids to use as they're learning to tell time. My students loved having their own clocks to use as they were working independently and in groups.
This is a fun, hands-on activity for acquainting students with the parts of an analog clock. Thanks so much!

Description

Learning about times is fun with our telling time clock craft flower! Students can engage in math activities or lessons first and record their learning with a creative visual display! They will record time in analog and digital.

This project in also included in a Mathtivity Bundle

They will draw the numbers on the clock and create a time to record on the leaves.

I've included options to help you make the perfect lesson for your class:

  • cut, paste and write numbers craft
  • a one-page version (all pieces on one piece of paper)
  • a quick-craft version (no gluing, one big shape to cut)
  • plain and numbered versions of all styles

Have fun teaching time with your class!

Bonus Digital Math Lesson Warm Up

I've included an 8 slide digital warm up set of slides to help focus your lessoon intro or use for a warm up. On 4 of the slides you will discuss with your class the clock hands and tell the time. On the other 4 you can draw (using the pen tool) the hands for a time you tell the class. Use all the slides or just one. This is a bonus and can be projected on your electronic board or computer using the free (easy to use) Easel by TPT tool!
