Teacher Reflection Self Assessment and Goal Setting

The purpose of this product is for you to reflect on your lessons and how they meet the needs of the students you teach. There are 12 different areas this product focuses on. Some of the categories are about review, research based practices, differentiation, variety of questions, and attention strategies. Each category has a reflection sheet for you to rate yourself and has a place to document how you are currently doing with that category and what you want to add/change in your lessons to improve.

There is also a self-assessment page so you can rate yourself. This is a great place to start so you know which categories to focus on first! The overall question this product helps answer is, "Do your lessons consider and meet the needs of the race, language, class, and learning abilities of your students?"
