Teacher Observation Package & Tools

A Word Document will be downloaded with links to Google Doc's and Sheets to allow you to organize and implement an effective teacher observation system.

These files will also allow your School Improvement Goals to be linked directly to the teacher's performance and student growth. They provide a means for the teachers to maintain benchmark data which they present at Mid-Year and End-of-Year conferences. Thus, allowing your school to be data-focused and data-driven.

There are files that allow you to plan, communicate, and continually see when observations are needed, in progress, or complete. Thus making you more organized.
