Description
This 14-minute TED Talk takes a hilarious look at why we procrastinate and what we can do in order to lessen the tension we feel with procrastination. Tim Urban is a procrastinator himself and uses his talk to discuss how our minds work in the midst of procrastination. His animated and lively talk looks at the pros and cons of our inner Panic Monster and also talks about how procrastinators tend to have an Instant Gratification Monkey in their head.
This is a humorous and entertaining look into procrastination. This assignment could be helpful in a Study Skills, Life Skills, or AP Psychology course. There are 12 questions on this worksheet and I have provided an answer key for your convenience.
