Summer School Thematic Unit: Secret Agent Theme Unit (Grades 3-6)

This exciting Spy/Secret Agent themed unit includes 15 different activities! Literacy, art and science activities for each day of the week. You can compress the unit into one week by doing several activities a day (perfect for Summer or camp). Or, you can expand the unit and just do one activity a day.

Recommended books to read on the theme

Invisible Ink

Dusting for Fingerprints

How to Create Distractions with Chemical Reactions

STEM Challenge: Designing your own spy gadget

Solving several different codes (cipher wheel, coded newspaper)

Creating a secret disguise for yourself

Writing magazine messages

Ultimately students will use all the knowledge they've learned to solve a mystery/Escape Room!

If you teach a lower grade level, I also have a Secret Agent unit for K-2.
