Subordinating Conjunctions with Real Pictures Boom Cards ™

This Boom Deck is great for distance learning. It includes real pictures to work on formulating complex sentences with subordinating conjunctions. Students need to choose from 3 conjunctions to write a complex sentence. The other activity requires students to reverse the sentence and put the conjunction in the middle or beginning of the sentence.

What's Included?

• Card 1: Menu card
• Card 2: Basic information about complex sentences
• Cards 3 – 27: Pictures with three subordinating conjunctions for students to choose from to write a sentence about.
• Cards 28 – 52: Same 25 pictures, but complex sentences already written. Students need to switch the order to put the conjunction in the beginning or middle, depending on where the conjunction currently is.

This is a no print resource to use on Boom Learning. Perfect for Teletherapy and distance learning, but can be used in person as well.

HOW TO USE MY BOOM CARDS™

To use Boom Cards, you must be connected to the Internet. Boom Cards play on modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge). Apps are available for modern Android, iPads, iPhones, and Kindle Fires. For security and privacy, adults must have a Boom Learning account to use and assign Boom Cards. You will be able to assign the Boom Cards you are buying with "Fast Pins," (a form of play that gives instant feedback to students for self-grading Boom Cards).
