This student self reflection is great to use before parent teacher conferences with elementary students. I use this assessment to drive my conversations at conferences. Your download includes a self reflection for behavior and academics allowing the student to reflect on their strengths and weaknesses.
Both templates are completely editable with Google Slides (heading is not editable). Print on colored paper for this to really pop!
