Student Growth Data Tracker - Google Drive

Most states are requiring teachers to show student growth as part of their teacher evaluation. This form--created using Google Sheets™--makes it incredibly easy for teachers to measure student growth because everything is automatically calculated.

In addition, administrators will love that it automatically calculates the teacher's performance for student growth with an Excellent/Proficient/Needs Improvement/Unsatisfactory scale.

The fields are color-coded, making it easier for you to see which students are showing growth and which students need additional instruction.

The digital download will include a link to make a copy of the spreadsheet. You must have a Google™ account and use the free app Google Sheets™ (which is equivalent to Microsoft's Excel™ and Apple's Numbers™) to access the document. If you have a Gmail™ account, you automatically have a Google™ account.

*The current form measures simple student growth.* However, in the coming weeks, I will be adding a component for teachers to input student growth targets for SLOs (student learning objectives).

This document is NOT intended for student use; it is for teachers and administrators to use for collecting and calculating student growth based on a simple student growth model. Multiple licenses for schools are available at a discounted rate.
