Student Group Collaboration Sheet

This is a sheet I use with student groups (up to 4 participants) for collaboration of ideas and notes taken from resources used to address a document-based question (DBQ). Students are provided with a designated area on the discussion sheet to attach their Post-It note with notes, ideas, thoughts, etc. that can contribute to writing the group's answer statement for the DBQ.
