Description
We use this as an example essay to introduce how to appropriately edit and revise a narrative. Students are given a checklist and a copy of this narrative.
First the students edit and revise by themselves. Then we share what they found and ADD, we always have to add more to what they initially edit and revise. It is nice to have a generic sample first because students tend to be more critical when it isn't their friends paper.
I put it on the Starboard/Smart Board or document projector
