Student-Created Novel Stations
This packet contains everything you as a teacher will need to lead your students in creating a comprehensive review for ANY novel! This is a classroom-tested activity that will really require your students to process a text! You assign each student or group to a chapter. They create all of the activities using the provided templates and the information in their chapter. Then, you use the student-created activities to help the whole class review. You end up with one (or several, depending on how many students you have!) "station" for each chapter. If you have several for each chapter, choose the "best" one!
Resource contains:
☆Blank task cards for students to write an event and draw an event from their assigned chapter. (To be used as a matching activity.)
☆A template for creating a vocabulary "window" study aid.
☆Blank "¿Sà o no?" task cards.
☆"Stick figure" template for drawing characters in the novel.
☆Blank task cards for writing character quotes (to be used as matching activity with the drawings of the characters).
☆Answer key template for each group to create.
☆Worksheet to be used by groups to record their answers as they complete the stations.
☆Station Number signs to post at each station.
