Story Sequencing Activity - Aesop's Fables

This activity can be used as a lesson, independent activity, or literacy center. Cut out the story strips for students to sequence in order. A control story is included so students can check their work, as well as lined sheets for copying the stories.

The following 6 fables are included:

• The Lion & the Mouse
• The Tortoise & the Hare
• Belling the Cat
• The Man, the Boy, & the Donkey
• The Fox & the Crow
• The Jay & the Peacock

This resource can be used in a variety of ways! For a center activity:

Simply print and laminate each page, and cut in half. Then cut the story strips, and store in a bag or container for repeated use.

Students can also glue the strips into journals after sequencing.
