Activity 1: Introduction to the Movie. (Flip: Can be done for homework.)
Overall expectation: Grammar Writing Skills Time: 50-65 minutes
The student uses language conventions to correct errors, refines expressions, and develops and strengthens the names of the major characters in the movie by completing the Wordsearch. Then, watch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vZ734NWnAHA and then write Star Wars-related words in Star Wars Font.
Activity 2: Movie Review and Comprehension
Overall expectation: Movie Review Time: 60-75 minutes
The student demonstrates an understanding of various meanings in the movie and connects to the information in the movie, completing the movie review. Total Marks: _______/25
Activity 3: Writing Activity Time: 2 x 50-65 minutes
Overall expectation: Biography Research Report Writing
The student plans, researches, writes, edits, and publishes a research report biography about one of the people involved in the making of the movie (Examples: Director: George Lucas, Music Composer: John William or Costume Designer John Mollo.)

Activity 4: Fun Inclusive Educational Activities Time: 50-65 minutes
Overall expectation: Creativity in writing
The student understands and connects to the movie by solving the Crossword puzzle about the characters’ names from the movie. Then, Google how to draw a character from Star Wars: A New Hope. Draw and colour in the picture.
