This report cards bundle is for TRIMESTERS.

I also have a bundle for QUARTERS in the Common Core Report Cards category of my store.

It’s editable in Excel to fit your school's grading system and academic needs. It comes with a data entry page to make grade input and printing simple.

    • This bundle includes six grade levels from K-5. Each of the six files has 37 sheets, enough to create report cards for up to 34 students.

Using a School Information sheet and a Data Entry sheet, you can customize this report card to fit your specific needs or requirements. It will accommodate up to 34 students in one workbook.

The report card prints on two pages of 8.5 x 11 paper or double sided on one sheet. The first page is for ELA and Math. The second page is for behavior and other classes. As you type in your comments in the teacher comment section, the text will automatically wrap and expand the cell to fit.

It includes a template that you can use to practice input and customization. It also has a page with clear and concise directions and has comments throughout the template to help you. Some parts may be password protected to prevent accidental changes. The password is included in the file.

    • ***You can see all of my report cards by grade level and report cards by bundle in my store by clicking on the Report Cards category.

This purchase entitles you to one license to use this product for up to 34 students. If you decide to share this report card with other teachers or administrators, please purchase additional licenses. I appreciate it!

Use a pair of perpendicular number lines, called axes, to define a coordinate system, with the intersection of the lines (the origin) arranged to coincide with the 0 on each line and a given point in the plane located by using an ordered pair of numbers, called its coordinates. Understand that the first number indicates how far to travel from the origin in the direction of one axis, and the second number indicates how far to travel in the direction of the second axis, with the convention that the names of the two axes and the coordinates correspond (e.g., 𝘹-axis and 𝘹-coordinate, 𝘺-axis and 𝘺-coordinate).
Demonstrate understanding of the organization and basic features of print.
