Description
This product contains everything you need in order to teach square roots of perfect squares. The lesson follows a 5E model which is inquiry based and hands-on learning. The product also includes a google form assessment tool in order to see which students understood the standard and who needs more practice. The product also includes a DOODLE NOTE sheet with answer key. The product also includes a powerpoint to use during the lesson which includes hyperlink of google form. Students will prove how to find the square root of a number. They will be engaged throughout the entire process! EDITABLE!!!
