Description

This is a great CVC Word Literacy Center activity for your Spring theme! The cards have bug, flower and bunny images along with CVC images. Each set of cards allow your students to focus on identifying either initial, medial or final sound in the CVC word - choose the skill that each of your small groups need to work on! These cards will help engage your students as they practice isolating sounds for short vowel CVC words.

Includes:
"I Can" cards for each set of clip cards.
56 cards for beginning sound identification
56 cards for middle vowel sound identification
56 cards for ending sound identification
3 cut and paste recording sheets where students match the cvc word to the correct picture.

Add a small sticker to the back of the cards to make this a self-checking activity! Using the clothespins will also give your students a great fine motor workout. You can use these cards as an early finisher activity, in your small groups, or at center time.
