Description

Reinforce spelling and vocabulary instruction with digital activities! Eight spelling and vocabulary activity templates are included for use with any list of words! Use these editable distance learning worksheets in your Google Classroom for weekly spelling or vocabulary practice. All directions and text boxes are editable, so you can customize them to meet your specific needs.

These activity worksheets can be completed with any device that supports Google Slides. The included PDF includes access to the link that will allow you to make your own copy of the digital resource for use in Google Classroom/Google Drive.

DIGITAL WORKSHEETS INCLUDED WITH YOUR PURCHASE:

  • Wordsmith: Students try and spell as many words as possible using the letters in a certain word. You choose the word you want students to work with.

  • Storytime: Students write a story using the words you provide in the box. The number of words in the box is up to you.

  • Word Scramble: The template includes space for you to provide ten words for your students to unscramble.

  • A to Z: Students think of as many words related to a certain word (that you provide) that start with the letters listed on the page. Letters have different point values, and points are earned for each word. When students are finished, they add up their points to get a total score.

  • Definitions and Sentences: Students write the definition and a sentence for each of the words you provide in the box. Each worksheet fits five definition and sentence combinations.

  • Word Grid: Students complete the word grid by adding a definition and sentence for each word. Space for ten words is included in each grid.

  • Pictionary: Students complete the pictionary by adding a definition and inserting a picture for each word. Space for ten words in included on each page.

  • Word of the Week: The Word of the Week template includes a word study activity for each day of the week.
