What educators are saying

My patients love these visuals during articulation sessions, especially my younger patients. Also love that I can send copies home to support parents in carryover and at home practice.
Very engaging concepts and illustrations - especially for younger children. A great addition to my toolbox when eliciting new sounds.

Description

Learning speech sounds can be especially tough for young learners! These colorful and engaging Animal Speech Sound Prompts are the perfect addition to your therapy resources as a fun way to encourage your little articulation kids to say and remember their sounds.

There are two sides to the animal - one side gives a prompt about what the child has to do with their articulators (e.g. 'stick your tongue between your teeth and blow 'th') while the other side gives a concise verbal prompt that you can use throughout therapy (e.g. 'cooling polar bear sound 'th'). Together, they provide a simple and easy understand way for children to develop their speech sounds.

The best way to use these is to laminate them and stick them on craft sticks so that you have front-to-back animal speech prompts.

Flashcards are also included for the purposes of stimulability testing and even auditory discrimination - or you may use these as special sound reminders for your students.
