Weekly standards-based lesson plan template. Specifically designed for special education teachers to plan lessons based on curriculum standards and aligned IEP goals and objectives. This lesson plan template consists of one template with the subjects of ELA combined (Reading, Writing, Speaking & Listening, Language)and one for Mathematics. Each template contains space for the standard(s), IEP goal/objective(s), specially designed instruction, materials, procedures (Day 1 - Day 5), assessment methods and a space for notes/reflections.
