    It includes:

    • Suggestions for how to use this ¿Cuántos hay...? Questioning Resource
    • 26 Personalized Questions with "HAY" for Spanish I and II (See Preview).
    • 26 Factual Questions - (How many months are there in one year? How many countries are there in Central America?) Often the answer will be cued so as not to impede fluent communication. Student knowledge of Spanish numbers is helpful!

    2) LOS ORDINALES - Aligns with REALIDADES 2A; AVANCEMOS Unit 5 Lesson 1 (5.1); and DESCUBRE 1 Lección 5

    Bundle includes:

    • Suggestions for how to use this questioning resource in Spanish class
    • A PRINTABLE list of the ordinal numbers with examples
    • 30 personalized ordinal questions with pictures for Spanish I and II: (What is the third month of the year? Who were the first Indians of Mexico? What is the first day of the week on the Spanish calendar?) Several visual prompts are given in order not to impede fluency and comprehension.
    • 2O questions (with a basic bank of classes listed at the top of each page) inquiring about class hours: (What class do you have first hour? What class do you have third hour?)

    3) LOS NÚMEROS - 0-1000 AUTHENTIC communication activities for Spanish I and II. It encompasses higher Spanish numbers in a Mexican market and in a Spanish store with pictures of authentic country handicrafts and souvenirs. Questions are in a mini-dialog format with student A assuming the role of the "turista" and student B assuming the role of the "vendedor(a)." This question set is a good spring board for class discussions regarding foreign currencies, currency symbols, daily exchange rates, currency conversion, bartering, and popular souvenirs of both Mexico and Spain.

Correlates well with numbers in: REALIDADES I 7A; Avancemos I 4.1 and 6.1: Descubre I Lección 6; and Así se Dice 9.2

It includes: (See PREVIEW for further insight!)

    • 10 personalized Questions with lower numbers
    • 36 Exchanges with pictures of authentic souvenirs in a Mexican market using the numbers 10-100
    • 36 Shopping exchanges with picture cues in a Mexican market using the numbers 100-1000
    • 43 Shopping exchanges with picture cues in a store or marketplace in Spain

This mini-dialog format aims to get our Spanish language students communicating in a shopping setting in the target language using COMPREHENSIBLE INPUT.
