What educators are saying

I have several students that love space and this was the perfect activity to pull in for my students to learn from!
This is by far one of the best science resources that I've bought so far! I love how thorough the worksheets were, that an answer sheet was provided and how it was all laid out and organized. My 3rd graders love it and were engaged the entire time we did it!

    Description

These bundled space-themed products are the ideal extensions to your solar system unit! Students are engaged as they research the planets, Sun, and Moon and create the final project. The multiplication coloring pages give students a fun break from regular math fact worksheets. Perfect for both math and science centers, these no-prep projects can be completed as group work or independently.

In just one download, teachers can print a no-prep project that includes all planets (and Pluto), as well as clear note-taking sheets that guide students through the research. This project integrates report writing, the reading of informational text, and science. It includes complete answer keys to keep things as simple as possible for the teacher! This project works well as an independent project or for group work. Students in groups can each study one planet and collaborate to create the finished product.

    This Planets project includes:

    • graphic organizers for taking notes
    • a list of recommended resources for teachers
    • editing checklist for students
    • fan page templates for all planets, the Sun, and Moon
    • ordering the planets activity
    • complete answer keys

    Space Multiplication Color by Number

Your students will love coloring by product! These 6 space-themed pictures are full of multiplication equations organized by fact. Students will multiply by 2-5. The final coloring page is a mixed review. Images include Earth, an astronaut, planets, a spaceship, and a rocket.
