South America task cards

I created these cards to accompany a printable map of South America with the countries labeled and with stars signifying capital cities (although it can be used with any printable map of South America). This is a good review activity for students participating in a study of South America or the continents in general. With these question cards, they not only review where each country is located, they also learn fun trivia about several of the nations in South America.

I copied the question cards onto cardstock and laminated them, giving a set to each pair of students. The kids worked on it in pairs. The cards could also be stapled to the back of a map and completed as an independent activity.
