Social Skills and Problem Solving Test

Is your class having a hard time getting along? Do you feel like you're teaching social skills and problem solving OVER and OVER again? This is a fun assessment to see if kids really KNOW the right thing to do and how to solve problems. This assessment will give you an idea of what concept you need to reinforce and which students may need further instruction from the guidance counselor or just further instruction in the classroom. I actually used this assessment in 2nd grade to assess our reporting topic of "Civil and Criminal Legal Systems," which I taught at the beginning of the year. This is a great way to assess students at the beginning of the year as well, either before or after you've taught classroom expectations, rules, and procedures! Enjoy!
