Smoothie Wars

Is your class ready for Smoothie Wars? This activity reinforces concepts of fruits, vegetables, and healthy eating for middle or high school students in foods and nutrition, culinary arts, or teen/adult living. Students work in kitchen teams to create a “perfect” smoothie recipe to market to the public. Students then have a competition day where the judges decide which smoothie will win! This activity includes student instructions, rubric, market order form, judges ballot, and teacher instructions.
