This is an awesome resource that I use as an on-going assignment. The students create this lapbook to study an ancient civilization. This lapbook has many days worth of assignments in it. I like to assign the tabs as homework assignments. The students read their textbook or research the internet to complete the work. I offer additional points if the students draw photos on the tops of the tabs. There is a lot of autonomy within this/these activities. At its core, this/these assignments examine the culture of each of the ancient civilizations.

Only materials needed besides the print out - one file folder, scissors, gluestick, coloring supplies.
