Description

I've created a challenging and engaging escape room game for fourth grade students to review their place value (including addition and subtraction), multiplication, and simple machines knowledge. They will start the game at a lever that has the clue next to it. They will have to identify the simple machine, then solve the multi-step word problem that involves simple machines. They will continue like this around the room until all clues have been solved!

This resource includes the student clues, the simple machine images and numbers, a math problem student recording sheet, a simple machines student recording sheet, a simple machines answer key, a compilation of google maps for clue #3, a "We Escaped" poster, and a very helpful teacher guide that explains exactly what to do and has all of the answers embedded throughout!

This was a lot of fun to create, and I hope others will find joy in using it with their students as well! Thank you for your support!
