What educators are saying

I use this resource every week with my students to practice and review their sight words, and they love it! After they write it with 5 different colors, I have them trace over the crayon with their fingers and spell the words to really get that extra practice, it's a great resource!
My students practice writing their sight words with these worksheets every morning. It's great practice for them!

Description

This is a hands-on activity that your students can do to learn and practice their sight words! There are 90 different sight words included! Students will practice tracing, writing, and rainbow writing the sight word.

These sight word printables can be used in different ways.

You can have students trace, write, and rainbow write different sight words one day. Then, you can use the same printable another day and place it in a paper protector. Now, have students trace and write the sight word with dry erase markers and build the sight word with play dough.

You can add these sight word printables to morning work, centers, small groups, morning tubs, homework, independent work, and so much more!

There are 90 different sight words included:

**What is Rainbow Writing?

First have your students choose 3 different color crayons. Students will write each letter of the sight word inside a bubble letter with one colored crayon. Then they will take another colored crayon and trace each letter of the sight word again. They will do this one last time with the last colored crayon they have. When they are done, the word will look like a rainbow!
