This reading comprehension activity book is intended to supplement your Edmark Reading Program Level 2. If you are not using the Edmark Program, your students can also benefit from learning more vocabulary words to build their reading fluency. The activity book with 3 answer choices is designed to help your student master reading and comprehension of frequently seen vocabulary words.
This activity is great for Pre-K students ages 3-5 years, elementary students who struggle with standard classroom reading materials, special education students, students with developmental disabilities or autism, and students learning English as a second language.
The packet contains the first 50 words from the Level 2 program word list (There are a total of 200 words in the Level 2 program). Check back for the other activity books which are in the making. I used the Edmark reading program in my classroom and always wished for an activity book I could give my students for deeper practice in the classroom or at home. This activity book will be great for deskwork, workstations and/or literacy center. Most recently, I've added a self assessment on Easel as well so your students can practice and self correct.
You can laminate, cut and velcro the words, place in a large binder to create a hands-on learning experience for your students. Alternatively, you can assign the activity digitally on Easel by TPT and your students can work on it from any device.
