What educators are saying

I bought this as incentive to use with my students for sight words. I can’t wait to begin their tracking (next school year) I did all of the printing and cutting and only wish it wasn’t so late in the school year when I found this! Beautiful visual and tracking for the students!

Description

Do you have a hard time motivating students to learn their sight words? This incentive program is great for preschool, kindergarten, 1st grade and even 2nd graders to learn their sight words. The program motivates students to earn more pieces to their sundaes by learning more sight words. In this program students will earn "pieces" to their sundae and at the end of the year the teacher will reward students with an real-life ice cream social to celebrate their successes.

Included:

-Large scale bulletin display for student tracking with (32) numbered (for anonymity) ice cream cones to represent each student.

-Individual visual tracking sheet for each student with cut and paste pieces of sight word sundaes.

-Editable teacher tracking sheet to record student progress.

-11 editable sight word lists, so that teachers are able to add the words they are currently working on.

-Parent letter to explain to parents the reward program to get them onboard.
