Set 1 SEPTEMBER Daily Math Practice and Review Worksheets for First Grade

This set of math worksheets provides students with math practice and daily review for Grade One. These will also be useful for Kindergarten and Grade 2 student who need extra review or challenge.

These are meant to be INDEPENDENT practice of concepts, and so each of the 4 tasks per page will repeat 10 times with increasingly difficult numbers.

ORGANIZATION

• This year long bundle is divided into 16 sets (10 practice pages each set)

• There are 2 different sets of skills (20 pgs) for each month (+16 pgs in May Review Pack)
There are 4 concepts per page (repeating each day, and changing every 2 weeks)

• This means you introduce a new format every 2 weeks, and students will independently complete 10 pages of practice.


WAYS TO USE

These can be used in many ways, including as TASK CARDS! Read below:

Daily Math Workbooks just print and staple

Interactive Math Journals cut out the squares and glue into notebook

Guided Math Lessons small group focus on key concepts

Task Cards The 4 questions per page are the SAME SIZE and so can be cut out and laminated for task card practice during math centers!

Morning Work Since the format repeats for 10 days, this is perfect for independent morning work.

There are many concepts covered for the year, but there is a main focus on number sense and use of the 100’s board, which also serves as a great reference for other questions on the page.
