Included are 28 Google slides/handouts to be used as listening guides or sketch notes as students listen to the Serial podcast. There is one handout with guided questions per episode. There is one additional page (slide 13) with various blank shapes for students to record their own thoughts as they listen.
PRINTABLE
Teachers can print off these handouts for students to use at their desks as they actively listen to the podcast. When printing the handouts, I usually print the handout for each episode separately and attach the last slide (with the various blank shapes) to the back. The entire file can also all be printed duplex as a booklet if you prefer.
DIGITAL
Teachers can assign the handouts in their LMS for students to complete digitally. Clickable text boxes are also included for students to click in and type their responses.
